Cancellations

You may cancel a subscription:

• At any time
• Up to 24 hours before the next billing date

Cancellations can be managed through your account dashboard or by contacting us directly.

Refunds on Subscriptions

Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be refunded unless faulty.
