14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you try BEARDMATE and decide it’s not for you, no stress.
Simply let us know within 14 days of receiving your order, and we’ll refund you. If that happens, please, send us the product back.

How It Works

  1. Email us at hello@beardmate.com.au within 14 days of delivery
  2. Tell us your order number and a quick reason (this helps us improve)
  3. We’ll guide you through the next steps

Refunds

Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. 

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right straight away — either with a replacement or a full refund.

A Fair Use Note

Our money-back guarantee is designed to give you confidence, not to be abused. We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of excessive or suspicious claims.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
